Natural Acne Relief - Homemade Acne Treatments

Acne tends to affect teenagers and young adults more than those of an older generation. Stress and hormones play a large part of this and can cause annoyingly constant breakouts. If your suffering from acne and have had little success with over the counter products, then this article was written for you. I'm going to divulge a few tips that on how to cure you acne the natural way.

Acne has a way of popping up at the worst of times. How many times have you notices spots or blemishes appearing the day before a big day at school or a date? You can't always be expected to run out to the store every time a spot appears.

A good way to help dry out your pimple and reduce it's redness, is to simply put a generous amount of toothpaste onto each pimple before you go to bed. The toothpaste will work through the night to dry up excess oil and can sometimes remove the redness completely. You can use toothpaste on your pimples during the day but you should be able to keep it on for a sufficient amount of time for it to do it's job.

You can also use honey, as it contains natural antibacterials that can be used to treat your acne problem. There are many household products that can be used in some form to fight your acne. These include baking soda, crushed aspirin an even potatoes. Always do your research to find out exactly how to use each one of these and ensure that you do not have an allergy to that specific food.
